JEFF FAINE

After earning his degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University in 2009, Jeff relocated to Denver, Colorado, where he founded HONE STUDIO. His hand-crafted modern cabinetry and custom furniture have since made their way into homes and businesses throughout Colorado.

While working on projects that included “Pre-Drywall Scans”, Jeff saw firsthand how indispensable these files were — providing clarity, accountability, and a reliable reference for every team member on the job site.

In 2025, Jeff launched LIMINAL SCAN to offer 3D scanning services to contractors and tradespeople, helping them document projects with greater accuracy and confidence.
